I liked the hotel overall. Had a great stay at short notice, glad I've chosen it. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had nice food. The venue was set in the central position very close to restaurant.

Very modern design, always pleasant staff, very clean bed. I had very pretty original room. Had an exciting view and breakfast was complimentary. Secure location to skyline gondola.

We appreciated the views here that were lovely! Local fast food option Fergburger was 20 minutes walk away. By the way, WiFi fee is 5.95 NZD per hour.

Booked it for 6 days and had a fab experience. Staff was cheerful, room was amazing new and practical. Perfect breakfast with a view. There were shopping centres and supermarket around the hotel.

My experience at this convenient hotel was really nice. Location was handy, and I loved beautifully decorated rooms and very kind staff. The breakfast here was GORGEOUS with a view, wifi, a real coffee. Also, I was just a pleasant stroll away from Queenstown Mall.

comfortable beds in the rooms. fergburger is within a walking distance of the hotel. useful base for a city trip in queenstown! we really enjoyed the patio.

A kitchen available. That hotel was in a GREAT location. The people, workers were helpful. Kelvin Heights district certainly deserves to be visited.
